The project consisted of master planning services for the future growth of TPCA’s Elementary and Middle School to include a High School and Athletic Fields. The planning today allowed for the sitework and drainage work for the “Final Project” to be completed during phase one construction, saving TPCA tens of thousands of dollars in future engineering and re-work.
