NEW HOPE PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH MASTER PLAN
Location: Fishers, IN
Architect: Byrum Architects

The project consisted of master planning services for New Hope’s 13 acre site located at the corner of Brooks School road and 126th Street. The master site plan is currently being used to cast “The Vision of the Possible” to the congregation and to ensure wise use of their property. The next phase of the Master Plan will be a 12,400 sf family life center followed by a 600 seat sanctuary with expansion to 1,200 seats in the final phase.

The detail shown in the master plan conveyed a clear vision to the congregation and provided a foundational component for their next phase of facility expansion.

T&W Church Solutions’ approach to Master Planning follows Ray Bowman’s advice in his book “When Not To Build.” By truly listening to the vision and mission of our clients and evaluating their current conditions, many times, new construction is not the solution. The solution is how a church might differently use the space they already have!
