The project consisted of master planning services for New Hope Christian’s property that is surrounded by Anson Development along I-65 between Zionsville and Whitestown. After detailed analysis of both internal and external growth, a staged three phase master plan was developed. By staging components of each phase, New Hope has the ability to renovate and build in the least disruptive manner and at a pace that fits with their financial goals.
