Master Planning Grace's 20 acre property on the north side of Mooresville involved site challenges with Silon Creek, and the unique requirements that the department of natural resources have to protect such waterways, as well as planning fora commercial out-lot along highway 67.  Master planning of the facility will allow for an easy addition of a second gymnasium, the doubling of the sanctuary to seat 1,500 and a secure exterior play-zone for their growing youth ministry.
