T&W Corporation designed and constructed this 17,000sf facility in cooperation with one of our architectural alliance partners. The sanctuary seats approximately 550 worshippers in a portion of the building that has a 90’ clearspan structure. The remainder of the building houses 4 church offices, 7 classrooms, and kitchen. The heating and air conditioning system is fully contained on a second floor mezzanine that also provides access to the upper level sound room that cantilevers out into the sanctuary space.
A follow up project, also designed and built by T&W, added 4,800sf more for a fellowship hall with seating capacity of around 350 and expansion to the kitchen and dining area. The additional area of the facility was designed to also accommodate special services as well as children’s church worship and activities.
The structure for the facility is a pre-engineered steel system, engineered and supplied by American Buildings Company. This allowed for maximum open spans and optimal cost efficiency. This project also received a national design/build award from American Buildings Company.
