Preliminary Design Services to provide a Master Plan for a new 20 acre site and a "100 Year" building solution.  Precast concrete panels were designed to provide the "100 Year" durability goal while aesthetically staying away from steel siding or roofing which met resistance from the nearby residential home owners association.
