Project consisted of Design-Build Services to provide a phase one ministry facility for Bluff Creek’s growing congregation. The “relocation” was actually made on their current property. The current facility, built over 50 years ago, was failing to meet the current needs of their ministry. Coupled with structural and mechanical issues, the existing building needed to be “Phased Out.”

The T&W Church Solutions Team developed a master plan that would allow for the existing building to be used as Bluff Creek grows into their new facility. This phased approach will provide time for financial growth to develop and for sentimental attachment with the old facility to wane.
