Project consisted of Design-Build Services to provide a phase one, re-location facility for Bethel’s growing ministry. The multi-purpose facility is designed to seat 250 people in what will eventually become dedicated gymnasium space. Extra focus was given to acoustical evaluation and analysis to insure that Bethel’s worship experience was not hindered due to the end use of the space being a gymnasium.

Master planning for the project included a future dedicated sanctuary to seat 700 and land planning to determine the amount of property that Bethel needed to grow their ministry.

The T&W Church Solutions team also worked through the Noblesville planned development process, as Bethel was able to sell a portion of their property for residential development with shared utility and storm water design, saving both parties tens of thousands of dollars.
